1/111 DAYS TO SEXY COUNT DOWN

Yes it is early, but I am a early bird with no children and on a mission to burn off this fat and strengthen this muscle. Without thinking and my eyes half shut I jump up, unroll my excercise mat and start my day. At 6am I start my stretching:

5 sets of 5 sitting leg straddle stretches in 3 directions. forward, to the left and to the right

5 sets of 5 repititions- a partial crunch lifting my head without lifting my back, 1 full crunch curling my back and lifting my head to my knees, and 1 crunch lying flat on my back and lifting my knees to my head

5 sets of 5 repititions - arm curls with 8 pound weights in each fist

5 sets of 5 repititions on each side- a quick fist jab and a head level high kick that I picked up from a Tae Bo fitness tape. I see myself wabbling and my back isn't as straight, but I have to consider that I have not done these since before my goal to fit into my wedding dress in 2008 :-(


Now I get a glass of lemon water and wait for 7am sunrise to go for a jog before work. I can avoid talking myself out of excercising simply by having all of my excercise equipment and clothing in one spot.
