After this morning's warm up and the hour jog, my body feels pretty good. Feet are a little sore so I will soak them. Didn't have any extra energy to burn off this time. For lunch I am having a baked vegetables and cranberry in a parmesian garlic pasta sauce sandwich with a side of sweet potatoe fries. I will probably have a cup of honey water with lemon.
I have to rest the dogs so I probably won't jog this afternoon. It will be a power walk around the block.
After a nap, I was re-energized so I did go for a jog in the rain with my wrist weights...jabbing to the front, to the sky and swinging. I can feel my arm muscles geting stronger now. Yey :-)!!! The baked veggies and sweet potatoes were so good, I am going to fix a bigger dish and ration it up for lunch this week. I think I feel like doing a crunch repetition set.
PERSONAL RECIPE:
Slice up purple eggplant, zuccini, onions, sweet peppers, hot peppers and broccoli. Add olive oil, parmesian, pasta sauce, italian seasoning, garlic, pepper and *cranberries*
bake at 400 until its the consistancy you want it.
Make a sandwish with toasted wheat or pumpernickle. Enjoy! :-)
