after the jog

The chill in the air woke me up. Got my 2 pound wrist weights to give my arms a workout. I jog around 3 blocks and long arm swings up the hill.

extra energy to burn:
Today I still had energy to burn when I returned, so I tuned my ipod to some reggae-ton and danced in place for about 2 minutes. Then, I tuned to R Kelly and did

5 more sets of 5 reps of jabs, knee to chest raises and head level kicks.

5 sets of 8 mid straddle squats with no weights. After that, I cooled down with a glass of lemon water and a orange.

breakfast was a cup of instant noodles. I drained the salty juice.
lunch was a half of wawa carrot cake muffin and a turkey burger. I have about 15 minutes before it sorta digests, then I will go on my 1 hour lunch power walk with my co-worker. Then, have some water. Later I will have a cup of green/orange tea no sugar. I know...but I've gotten use to the taste.
