Due to the hasty start of today, I opted out of warm ups and did a combination jog instead.
10 minutes of power walking with my wrist weights throwing jabs to the sky,
5 minutes of running and 5 minutes of power walking up the hill.
In the interest of time, I decided to grab hot lemon water from work. I am sure this won't be the last time I allow time to slip away from me, but atleast I stayed on track with my eating habits AND
I have tomorrow ;-) I am planning to go line dancing. That will give me my time back :-)...YEY ME!!
Breakfast today is a baked sweet potatoe and a hot chocolate Ultra Mega Nutrient Formula. Plans for lunch is a tuna salad with xtra sweet peppers and hot peppers.
Lets see if we can make that Maroccan Dish happen tonight.
