the warm up

It 7a and I just completed my morning workout. been up since 615a.

8 sets of 8 sitting leg straddle stretches in 3 directions. forward, to the left and to the right

8 sets of 8 reps - lying straight on my left side doing right leg scissors
8 sets of 8 reps - lying straight on my right side doing left leg scissors
(thank goodness for music otherwise I would be focused on the pain in my thigh muscles) no pain no gain...push nyta push :-@

8 sets of 8 flaps from the sitting leg butterflies

8 sets of 8 reps - medium arm circles (forward and backward)

3 sets of 8 straddle half squats with 8 pound weights

3 set of 16 curls - arm curls with 8 pound weights in each fist (8 or each side)

2 set of 8 repititions - a step forward quick fist jab (left and right), a knee to chest raise(left and right)and (4) head level high kick (switch each leg). Hey look! I am balancing my body weight even better...yey me!!! :-)

I got my glass of lemon water and now Im going for my jog. See you after.
