I did 1 lap around 3 short neighborhood blocks. Its usually a 15 minute jog. it is an area on a slope, so coming up the slope is definitely a good work out, especially, when you are swinging 2 pound wrist weights in your fist.
Back to the kitchen for cold lemon water, an apple, an orange and a GNC WOMEN'S MEGA NUTRIENT FORMULA (powder/chocolate flavor) - I add hot water and drink it like hot chocolate.
Later, I will grab lunch and bring it back to the office to eat while I am working. Lunch today: turkey cheese burger w onions, sweet peppers and hot peppers and a side of spinach. Then, I will use my lunch hour to walk it off.
slip up #1: went with a friend to get lunch and ended up buying something. My will power broke down, but not really bad. $1 onion rings and $1 tenders from burger king. It could have been worse :-(
