preparing for the jog

the 7am sunrise is approaching, so time to change from my jammies into my excercise gear.
boot sock, excercise shirt, 2 sweat shirts, a pair of thin jogging pants under my thick jogging pants, a hat, gloves, my 2 pound wrist weights, jogging sneakers, a scarf and my ipod to keep me company.
