Whewww...
I did my normal routine of jogging around the 3 blocks with my 2 pound wrist weights. You should see me. Imagine...bulky jogging outfit, thick fleece scarf, gloves, wrist weights... running and reach for the sky and throwing jabs and doing arm curls (giggle) No one can see my headset because its under my hat. You should see the facial expressions... very funny. But with headsets blasting, you climb into your own little world. :-)
Time for my glass of lemon water. Talk to you after my lunch hour walk.
My lunch became my breakfast: eggplant parm sandwich and a sweet potato. I will have a tuna salad for lunch before my walk at 1p, unless I stay full/content.
scratch that -- I am content. the baked veggie sandwich and the baked sweet potatoe hit the spot! Im having a cup of tea (green/orange) to tie me over until my 1 'o clock walk.
I did well. that breakfast held me over. I had tea afterwards. Now I have a craving to fix stewed chicken. In my search I found a recipe for Maroccan Stewed Chicken that I want try tonight. I am adding the link so I know where to go:
