I am ready for a quick knap before jumping in to my art. Its the end of the day and I have a major headache, but stubborness won't let me break the schedule I set for myself. So, I will modify my workout. Getting in at 5:30, I dropped my stuff. Again, without thought to sitting, I went straight to the corner where my workout gear is.
Got dress and chose to do a 15 minute power walk with my 2 pound wrist weights. As I walked I did repetitions of fist jabs, arm curls, tricep extentions, low swings and skyward punches. Luckly Nina Sky and Sean Paul gave me the ipod boost I needed. Now, I am going to have a hot cup of honey and lemon water and knap. Before I knap what do I want for dinner that requires no effort? Dinner: tuna with sweet and hot peppers and turkey bacon. I know... but this is what I have a taste for. Chat with you tomorrow.
