Whewwww...just finished my evening workout. I think I am going to call it a night for the excercise.
8 minutes on the stationery bike. Cycling to "Sound of the Perculator" helped
5 sets of 8 reps - arm curls with 8 pound weights switching each time
5 sets of 8 reps - leg lifts on all fours. 8 on the left and 8 on the right
5 sets of 16 reps - partial crunches just lifting the head (upper ab workout)
5 sets of 8 reps - bicycling motions on my back
5 sets of 8 reps - on my back butt lifts
Luda's "Drop down and get your eagle on" helped with the rest of the work out. Thanks Ludacris :-)
