After this morning's warm up, I did a 20 minute combination jog and power walk around 3 blocks and up the hill with my wrist weights.
I am feeling my body getting less heavy and more tone. I won't measure or weigh myself until the last day. I feel if my muscles are replacing the fat, the weight won't change that much. I also feel if I weigh myself and it flucuates due to water gain and loss or food intake, it will not be encouraging. Time for a glass a lemon water. Now to start my work day.
its 10a. They say never to skip a meal... and I am kinda hungry now, so I am going to each half my lunch with a cup of green/orange tea - no sugar or lemon. Baked veggies on a slice of wheat bread...its as good as it was yesterday :-9
3:10p went for my lunch hour walk. My butt muscles are really getting their workout :-$
